Bea and Kiara Get Gold

Kickstart have awarded two more Gold badges to worthy recipients Kiara and Bea, who are both Year 5 pupils at Marton and District Primary School.  The awards, which were kept a complete surprise were presented in a special assembly on Friday 20 July.  Managing Director Dean who signed off on the awards was delighted that both girls had been recognised for their outstanding achievements in sport,

Both Bea and Kiara are sport mad and whether it is in PE lessons, sports clubs or at break and lunch time, they compete with passion, dedication and spirit.  The girls are respectful in their approach and they are fantastic team players, always encouraging others on and off the sports field.  You have to be an outstanding sportsperson to receive the gold award and both Bea and Kiara are in their own right outstanding.

Not only have the girls represented their club at netball, they have also represented the school in a number of events between them, including tri-golf, hockey and football.  More recently both were an integral part of the school team that won the Congleton Town Sports Festival.

It is not often that Kiara and Bea are speechless but after receiving the bronze, silver and gold badges, they certainly were.
