Everyone at Kickstart is looking forward to the 2022/23 school year and we welcome two new partner schools who we are looking forward to working with.
Bosley St Mary’s CE Primary School is a small village primary school located in East Cheshire. Our Coaching team will be delivering PE at the school after working with the school during the past couple of years to provide small school competitions and festivals.
Peel Hall Primary School is a large primary school based in Little Hulton. The new Headteacher Emma Ford has implemented a new school vision and values and Kickstart were impressed by what she wants to achieve. Kickstart will be providing a family club and early intervention services to the school, in addition to a fencing enrichment programme which will supplement the PSHE curriculum.
Our childcare team have had a busy time preparing for the opening of two new Childcare provisions. Our new setting at Mesne Lea Primary School will provide a breakfast and afterschool club for 60 children a day and later on in the year we will be launching a new setting at Waterloo Primary in Ashton-Under-Lyne, Tameside.
Kickstart are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our schools, families and children. We thank all of our partner schools for their continued support, and we must make special reference to Westwood Park Community Primary School who have been with us since the beginning when we launched back in 2016. The Headteacher Mrs Walker has been a loyal supporter of our work and we are grateful for her continued support and faith in the work that we do. We were delighted in the summer when Westwood Park were inspected by Ofsted and received a good grade in all areas.
As we embark on a new school year, we look forward to developing our services and continuing to provide high quality support for all.
