Kickstart adopts the Safer Recruitment Policy for all positions within the organisation. Our team are all suitably qualified for their role and as a minimum receive regular training in Child Protection, Health & Safety, Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid, along with having a recent DBS check, to ensure your children are always in the best of care. 

Kickstart has created a caring and nurturing ethos that is embedded in all of our provisions, putting the welfare of children at the heart of what we do. 

We try and keep consistency with our staff where possible and believe in a strong work ethic, investing in our staff development to continue providing care of the highest quality.
