Kids Club HQ was founded in 2015 by Martin Judd, who saw first-hand how inspiring childcare providers were weighed down by admin tasks they didn’t enjoy. At the same time, parents faced the hassle of phone bookings, endless forms, and complicated payments. With his background in software, Martin created a simple, automated digital system to ease these burdens for both clubs and families.

Today, Kids Club HQ is the trusted admin solution for out-of-school clubs across the UK. It streamlines online bookings, live registers, invoicing, and payments, saving time and reducing headaches so staff can focus on supporting children’s growth. Guided by values of family first, quality, and supporting wraparound childcare, Kids Club HQ offers carefully designed software and friendly, human support. Having celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025, Kids Club HQ continues to empower clubs to thrive.
