Everything we do at Kickstart is geared towards the delivery of a high-quality Curriculum that has clear aims, evolves to meet the needs of the children, and is designed to ensure that children progress and develop.
This is what we mean by being Ofsted Ready – leaders being confident in their subject, having access to resources to improve their expert knowledge and the support of an experienced consultant who can guide them through the necessary steps to achieve success.
At Kickstart we have a lot of experience in helping a wide range of schools and leadership prepare for their next Ofsted inspection. We work with schools who have been graded Inadequate, Requires Improvement, Good and Outstanding and we have schools who have been inspected twelve weeks after working with us and some who have not been inspected for years. We can make a difference whether you are at the start of designing a Curriculum or whether you have implemented something but need to review it.

Extract from Ofsted Report November 2021 – School was previously graded Inadequate and in this report was graded Good in all areas. PE was a deep dive subject.
