Paper Plate Turtle
Suitable For:

Time Required:
15-20mins
What you will need:
- Paper plate
- Tissue paper (cut into small squares)
- Green card or paper
- Googly eyes
- Glue
How to do it:
- Stick colourful pieces of tissue paper onto the paper plate in your desired pattern.
- Cut out four legs and a head shape from the green card or paper.
- Once the plate is covered, stick the legs and head underneath the paper plate.
- Stick the googly eyes onto the turtle’s head.
What Will the Children Learn:
Children will develop creativity, independence and fine motor skills through designing and creating their own turtle.
Top Tips:
Place a tray or spare plate underneath to catch any loose tissue paper and make tidying up easier.
