Pott Shrigley Church School is delighted to announce that Kickstart has been appointed as our PE Provider for the academic year 2020/21.
In addition to providing Sports CPD for staff and helping develop the PE and School Sports Curriculum, Kickstart will also be working with the children each week, training class 2 to become sports leaders and promoting fitness and healthy lifestyles generally.
Kickstart Managing Director Dean has welcomed the new partnership,

My team and I are really looking forward to the new school sports partnership, it will give us an opportunity to develop a really innovative and personal curriculum for each child”

Our continued focus on learning outside the classroom will be greatly enhanced by the provision from Kickstart and it will also include training the older children to become play leaders; encouraging each other and working with mixed age groupings is a key feature of our small rural school.
