We are really pleased to let you know that following our Ofsted inspection at Kickstart Childcare Bradshaw Hall in January, the report has now been published, and we can finally share it with you. Some of you may know that the framework for inspection has recently changed and the new grading system sets a very high bar for a secure or expected judgement. We are delighted that we have met and exceeded this high bar, receiving a grade of strong in 3 out of the 4 judgements. The Inspector reported positively on many aspects of our practice, including our strong partnership work, how the setting fosters an exceptionally inclusive environment and how our staff foster highly respectful relationships with parents and children. The Inspector also recognised Kickstart’s high standards within the sector,

Since opening the club 2 years ago, leaders have worked tirelessly and with pace and purpose to establish an extremely successful service. This is an exceptionally popular and busy club, largely because of the high-quality standards staff and leaders consistently deliver.
